I ordered from stillfried.com the package showed up faster than I thought it would. It shipped out the next day, so I really can’t complain about that part.
The only thing was the tracking didn’t update much at the beginning, which had me wondering where it was for a day or two. Not saying it was a huge problem, but it would’ve been nice to see a little more movement.
In the end, it still arrived in good time and everything was totally fine. I’d order again without making a big deal out of it, I just hope the tracking is a bit more accurate next time.

I’m still waiting on my order and I’m confused. The email says one thing, but the delivery never actually showed up, so I’m not sure what’s going on.

I used it the way the instructions said, and it ended up doing what I needed. Compared to some similar products I’ve tried, this one was straightforward and got the job done, though it did take a little longer than I was hoping. It’s not perfect, but overall I was happy with it. I’d give it 4 stars.

I didn’t get any order updates unless I reached out first. I had to keep asking about shipping, and the replies were slow, which was frustrating.

I used Stillfried once, it came across as trustworthy. Reading between the lines, I didn’t get the sense they were trying to hide anything, and most of the info was clear enough. I did have to dig around a little to find a few details, though, so I’d give it 4 stars.

I reached out to Stillfried with a question about my order, and to be fair, they did eventually respond. It just took about two days, which felt longer than it should when you're waiting on something you paid for.
The answer I got was useful enough, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience. But i think companies have a responsibility to be a bit more prompt with customers, especially when people are trying to figure out what’s going on with their order.

The site does what it needs to do for the most part, but I did have to click around for a bit before I found what I was looking for. A couple pages felt a little slow to load, and the layout is kind of busy in some spots. It’s not bad or anything, just feels like it could be a bit smoother to use..

The package arrived with the box crushed up quite a bit. I’m sure it happened during shipping, but either way, the packaging definitely didn’t show up in great shape

The price was good and it felt worth it for what I got.
